For the Power Generation Services Division we are looking for Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting executing all projects under local responsibility, either in direct business or consortium model as well as support execution of projects under direct business from HQ. Those projects range from outages related to small, medium and large gas turbines, steam turbines, generators and compressors. The Challenge: The Project Manager tasks include but are not limited to: Support the Planning and scheduling of outages activities as well as workforce deployment to/from site, including Siemens vendors and suppliers Carry out efficient cost management, time management, scope and quality management Prepare appropriate risks and opportunities management Implement and monitor the execution of a suitable communication plan (internal and external)Ensure delegation of Siemens personnel on due time Build up strong relationships with the customer as well as with the relevant stakeholders within Siemens HQ, sub suppliers and respective functional departments in the region Report project progress and controls to the Division Management on a weekly basis Conduct detailed Project Reviews with Division Management as per PM@Siemens guidelines on a quarterly basis as a minimum The candidate: We are looking for a motivated, dynamic professional with an Engineering degree: mechanical, electrical, automation, industrial-engineering Extensive knowledge in Project Management. Certification would be a lified user of MS Project and/or Primavera Minimum 2 – 3 years of work experience in project management as part of a project team or as project manager Ensure a successful execution of the project by achieving high customer satisfaction on the one hand and delivering, on the other hand, the budgeted financial KPIs (order entry, revenue, profit and cash) as a minimum Deliver outstanding EHS performances with a strict implementation of Siemens Zero Harm Culture Lead effectively the project team either directly reporting to the Project Manager or allocated through a matrix organization and act as a role ure effective collaboration amongst all internal vide excellent reporting to Division Management to enable fast and enlighted decision making whenever r skill set will have to include (among others) the following capabilities:Ownership of tasks and results orientation Engagement and dedication Good communication skills and ability to work as a team member High sense of ethics Fluent in English, French (speaking, reading and writing) Requisition ID:Organization: Power Generation Services Career Level: Mid-level Professional Full time only
